Ridcon Properties is a commercial and industrial property developer built on foundations of experience and hard work. In 1957 the late Vince Ridolfo established a company to transport wooden poles for the State Energy Commission of WA. At that time, Vince could only imagine how strong his business would grow.
Ridcon Properties is one of four Ridolfo companies offering diverse services to meet the needs of mining, heavy industry and transport companies in Australia. Ridcon Properties manages the property portfolio of the Western Australian Ridolfo Group conglomerate.
Ridcon Properties has grown exponentially over the years, fortifying its skill base in the design and construction of purpose-built commercial and industrial facilities to accommodate an ever-expanding range of clients. Ridcon’s extensive property portfolio now covers much of the metropolitan industrial corridor, with properties throughout the commercial precincts of Welshpool, Kewdale, Northbridge, Canning Vale, Maddington and Bibra Lake.
