The redeveloped facility was purpose built for fellow Ridolfo Group company Intercon Millar Logistics (IML) as their head office and warehousing site. It also houses the Ridolfo Group team and comprises over 10,000 square metres of warehouse storage, 1,000 square metres of offices and over 3,000 square metres of concrete hardstand. The two year construction time included 18 months of IML occupying and operating from the site, which required extensive collaboration and planning between Ridcon and IML to ensure safety was paramount during all facets of the construction phase. The end result was an incident free project that consumed over 2,500 cubic metres of concrete in total.

With 1,378m2 of total floor space amongst the four industrial units and built on a lot size of 2,379m2 ensured the available lot size was fully utilised. Each of the units features electric roller doors, individual internal office incorporating air conditioning, and fully integrated monitored security system.

The four units which are all leased is another example of the long established Ridcon Strategy of working with the tenant to accommodate their requirements and achieve the best possible result for their new place of business. As the saying goes, Ridcon Properties provide ‘the complete package’.
